The 360-Shelf is the open-access version of barrel storage. No doors, no hinges — just three wooden shelves inside a full oil drum with cutouts on both sides so you can reach everything from any angle. Set it against a wall or use it as a freestanding room divider. Either way, everything on it stays visible and within reach.

Difficulty: Easy — a weekend project. No welding required.

Build phases:

- Sand the drum and prep the surface
- Trace the openings using the cutting template
- Cut the access openings with an angle grinder and jigsaw
- Clean, deburr, and paint the drum
- Cut, sand, and finish the wooden shelves
- Mount the L-brackets and shelves inside
- Apply edge guard stripe around all openings
